Product Manager, Materials Workflows

HighArc

Remote (United States)Full-timePosted about 2 months ago
ProductManagement

Summary

HighArc is hiring a Product Manager, Materials Workflows to join their Product team. Join a founding team who’ve shipped products for Autodesk, Electronic Arts, Nike, and Apple. Key skills: AI.

About the role

About Us

Higharc is a VC-backed startup that is changing how new homes are designed and built. Join a founding team who’ve shipped products for Autodesk, Electronic Arts, Nike, and Apple. We have raised a total of $83M with support from top-notch venture capital firms and more than 18 strategic investors—industry leaders in construction, building products manufacturing, and distribution.

Higharc is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Product team. In this role, you'll own a new set of capabilities focused on materials data and procurement workflows — defining how materials information moves between builders, manufacturers, distributors, and internal teams across the full lifecycle of a home.

What You'll Do

  • Own and drive the product roadmap for materials data and procurement-related workflows, from vision through execution.

  • Lead product discovery through continuous research with builders, purchasing teams, estimators, manufacturers, distributors, and other ecosystem partners.

  • Translate business goals and user needs into product strategy, requirements, and high-fidelity prototypes using AI tools like Cursor.

  • Define how product, option, and materials data should be structured, maintained, and exchanged across systems and stakeholders.

  • Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver performant, scalable solutions with real operational impact.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Implementation, Sales, and Operations to drive product adoption and measurable customer value.

  • Define and track success metrics tied to workflow adoption, data accuracy, operational efficiency, and customer ROI.

About You

You're a self-directed product thinker who enjoys solving complex systems problems. You're comfortable navigating messy workflows, multiple stakeholder groups, and structured data challenges, and you know how to turn fragmented processes into scalable products. You move fluidly between strategic thinking and execution without waiting for a playbook.

You have:

  • 5+ years of product management experience on modern software products.

  • A track record of shipping workflow-heavy products with measurable business impact.

  • Experience with B2B SaaS, supply chain, procurement, ERP, commerce infrastructure, data platforms, or other operational software.

  • The ability to translate complex business processes into intuitive product experiences and scalable systems.

  • Comfort working with structured data models, systems integrations, and multi-party workflows.

  • Strong communication skills across engineering, design, operations, and business audiences.

A plus if you also bring:

  • Professional experience in residential construction, building products, manufacturing, distribution, estimating, or purchasing.

  • Experience with product catalogs, pricing data, order workflows, or partner integrations.

  • Exposure to APIs, systems integrations, or enterprise data exchange patterns.

  • A background or personal interest in architecture, residential construction, or home design.

Working at Higharc

Personal healthiness is an important value for us- we provide comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, with unlimited PTO, and meaningful maternity/paternity leave to all U.S based employees that are full-time. You'll also have access to other big-company benefits such like short and long-term disability plans and a 401K. Haven't worked remotely before? We provide a stipend to create the ideal home office.
